An Academic and Personal Approach to Supervising Project Groups

چکیده
This article investigates and exemplifies the personal side of our supervising skills. is inspired from psychotherapeutic research specialized in investigating open-minded contact authentic meetings. The based on experiences project groups at Roskilde University. Supervision sometimes a challenging task that may manifest confront personally-related issues. We advocate combining an academic approach to groups. provide range empirical examples groups, illustrating type challenges we meet. These are characterized conceptualized, some concrete ways deal with them proposed.
